Cancellation Policy – Fairzone Ventures Private Limited
At Fairzone, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your orders and the applicable conditions.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
Cancellation Timeframe
You can request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
Refund on Cancellation
If your order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be canceled in the following cases:
- After the order has been shipped
- During sale or promotional offers (if specified)
- Customized or made-to-order products
Cancellation by Fairzone
Fairzone Ventures Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Payment issues
- Incorrect pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund will be issued.
